Golden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson put on a shooting clinic on ESPN’s “Sports Science,” drilling three-pointers with the lights turned off.

Klay Thompson is one of the very best shooters in the NBA. The Golden State Warriors shooting guard is a career 41.9 percent shooter from beyond the arc for his career and, with a 43.9 shooting percentage, has been especially dominant from long-range this season.

But, given what he did during an appearance on ESPN’s “Sports Science,” Thompson might be an even better shooter than those percentages indicate.

The 25-year-old shooter is such a lights out shooter that he shot 8/10 from beyond the arc with the lights turned off while on the show.

Take a look at Thompson’s segment below:

That is simply incredible.

But Thompson’s not only the star athlete who has proven able to perform his craft without lights. In a 2011 documentary, Portuguese soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo showed off his ability to score goals in the dark.

We have to give Ronaldo the edge here because of the degree of difficulty on his shots is greater than Thompson’s, but both performances are outstanding.
