Tom Brady is beginning his offseason training program and the Patriots quarterback is having some fun at the expense of his teammate, Vince Wilfork in the process.

It hasn’t even been a month since the New England Patriots beat the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl, but that was plenty of time off for Tom Brady who is getting back to work in preparation for the 2015 season.

You don’t put yourself in the conversation for the best quarterback of all-time by loafing in the offseason, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to see the future Hall of Famer preparing his body for the rigors of another season.

Although, it will come as a surprise to see the type of workouts Brady is doing, and who he’s doing them with. Vince Wilfork isn’t the poster boy for lean and fit bodies at more than 325 pounds, but he’s been helping Brady get his body right for another year.

Yep, the massive defensive tackle is helping Brady with his planks by sitting on his back.

Okay, it’s a photoshopped image and Wilfork isn’t really sitting on Brady’s back, but you have to love the sense of humor here from Brady to tease his longtime teammate.

Put let’s continue to suspend reality here for a minute. Could you imagine doing planks with that much girth and mass weighing down on you? How long do you think you could hold the pose? Forget that. You couldn’t do it for one second. As soon as he pressed his flesh on you, you’d be sprawled out on the floor and begging for him to get off.
