Atlanta Falcons

Owner. General manager. Head coach. Quarterback.

The closer you are to an “A” grade in these areas, the closer your team is to winning a Super Bowl.

In those crucial areas, the Falcons greade fairly well. Dan Quinn, architect of the NFL’s best defense in Seattle and the Florida Gators before joining Atlanta, has a lot of work to do on the defensive side of the ball but he has the knowledge and experience to improve the defensive unit.

Quinn is an upgrade over Mike Smith. Thomas Dmitroff’s need-based draft philosophy holds them back, but there’s too much firepower here to waste.
