Blake Griffin tweeted on Friday that whatever the color of “The Dress” it matters little compared to figuring out what color he is.

While there was a thrilling NBA game going on Thursday night between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers, Twitter and the other social media entities were overrun with two things: llamas and #TheDress. Blake Griffin even weighed in via Twitter about the ever important issue.

In case you missed it–and if you did, you might be the only person less cool than me–#TheDress was about this picture which evolved to show side-by-side, presumably the same dress. To many eyes, one looked to be black and blue, while the other looked to be white and gold.

Debate raged on into the wee hours of the morning.

But Griffin did not allow #TheDress to only take center stage on Thursday. Friday he summarized what we were all thinking:

That is the question we were all so curious about, right? What color is Blake Griffin?

The question is a good one. He seems to me albino. But there may be many different acceptable answers.

In his Twitter background he is wearing a nice dark suit, holding a coffee cup with The Blake Show logo and spinning a basketball on a finger of his left hand.

Of course #TheDress was actually only one dress. And Blake can only be one true color.

And all of this leaves me wondering where things went wrong with society.
