While the merits of some events at the NFL Scouting Combine is under discussion, this new twist from AOL Sports gives a whole new meaning to the word “combine.”

The NFL Combine wrapped up last month in Indianapolis with a few hundred 2015 NFL Draft hopefuls going through decades-old drills like the 40-yard dash, three-cone drill and who can put up 225-pounds on the bench press the most.

Pretty standard stuff as the prospects hope to put on a show for NFL scouts, coaches and general managers in the hopes of boosting their draft stock and having their name called as early as possible in this spring’s draft.

But AOL Sports put a whole new spin on things and went to the root of the word “combine” as in they combined the faces of some of the NFL’s most recognizable stars and faces in a hilarious mashup.

Which one if your favorite?

The Tom Brady and Peyton Manning mashup still looks like a normal human being, so that may be my favorite, plus it would have to be the best genetically modified quarterback in NFL history, right?

So that settles the debate which one is better, it’s actually Peytom Branning that’s the best signal-caller of all-time.

The Rob Gronkowski-Johnny Manziel mashup looks like something went terribly wrong, but I did appreciate the humor with R2D2 and RG3 getting mashed up. Certainly the Star Wars robot is more durable at this point, but I wonder about his dual-threat ability.

Lastly, the Odell Beckham Jr and Ol’ Dirty Bastard mashup was the best ODB vs ODB combination in the history of ODB battles.

That’s a rapping, one-hand catch-making superstar in the making.
