James Harden With The Triple Double
James Harden lit up the Pistons Friday night with a triple-double as the Rockets bust a 2 game losing skid. Harden finished with 38 points, 12 assists, 12 rebounds and one steal. Unfortunately for those in leagues who count turnovers, he almost made it a quadruple-double with seven turnovers. Harden continues his fantasy dominance for the Rockets while Dwight Howard continues to watch from the sidelines.

Waiver Pickups
Doug McDermott has shaken off the rust and has got healthy at the right time for the Bulls. With both Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler on the shelf for roughly the next month the Bulls will likely give āMcBucketsā all the minutes he can handle and he should be a nice source of all-around stats for anyone in 12 team leagues or larger. I would add McDermott to my watch list for standard leagues.
Kelly Olynyk started the second half tonight for the Celtics and with Jared Sullinger out for the rest of the season it looks like Olynyk may run with the starting center job. I would be picking him up in all 12 team and larger leagues and consider adding him in standard leagues. He did not post a great line tonight with eight points and three rebounds, but the minutes will be wide open for him.
Tyler Johnson got his first career start for the Heat Friday night. Dwyane Wade was out and Johnson had his number called. Johnson responded with 11 points, five rebounds, three assists and one steal in 36 minutes. He was 5-8 from the field while going 0-3 from behind the three-point-line. I would probably be adding him in all 14 team and larger leagues and keep a steady eye on the youngster.
Cory Jefferson has had an incredible night for the Brooklyn Nets.
I would think he would be a solid pick-up in all formats but I have one warning from Michael Gallagher.
Coach Lionel Hollins is simply unorthodox with his rotations lately. So there is a real chance that Jefferson could wind up with seven minutes in the next game and then 33 after that. I still think that Jefferson is a guy you need to grab if you have a spot to burn though across most all formats.
Terrence Ross may have finally exited Coach Caseyās doghouse. Ross got the start tonight and played 32 minutes scoring eight points, seven assists, three rebounds and one steal. We will need to see this on a more consistent basis before recommending him for standard leagues, but I would add him in 12 team leagues and up.
Highlights
Eric Bledsoe lit up the Nets for 19 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. He continues to play lights out and be one of the better plays in fantasy basketball right now.
Ty Lawson is finally back on track now. Tonight he put up 23 points and had nine assists as it seems that Kenneth Faried is not the only person who is benefiting from the coaching change in Denver.
Zach Randolph had one of his best games in some time tonight with 24 points, 13 rebounds, three assists and one steal. Continue to deploy him as normal.
Kyle Lowry has returned to action for the Toronto Raptors. He did not miss a beat recording 25 points, five rebounds and five assists with five three-pointers made. Make sure he is back in your lineups going forward.
Steph Curry is simply amazing to watch. Check out this play from him early on against the Mavericks.
He is good. #analysis
