Free Agency in the NFL doesn’t begin for 48 more hours, but there is already plenty of hype around players and teams they may sign with. The Packers and Randall Cobb are dominating the discussion at the moment, but another NFC North player is more highly coveted and is sure to land an even larger contract than Cobbs secured.
The only question is who will sign Ndamukong Suh and be the team that gives him the monster contract he seeks?
According to Jason Cole from Bleacher Report, the Miami Dolphins remain confident that they will be the team that ends up with Ndamukong Suh at the end of free agency.
Echoing @CharlesRobinson, high-placed source told me w/ confidence Suh is going to #Dolphins. 2nd source said #Lions only other team chasing

This is still very bold on the part of the Dolphins, but what else is of note here is the fact that apparently the only other team in on Suh at the moment are the Detroit Lions. That’s huge for Detroit but it’s not something that is likely to last.
Despite his reputation in the NFL as a bad boy, Suh is a one of a kind player who rarely hits free agency. That means we’re going to see more than just two teams get in on the bidding process — even if they don’t want to be publicly named at the moment.
It’s going to be interesting to see who else gets in on the bidding, as this is a rare opportunity for teams to get an elite defensive tackle unlike any other of his kind. Such is a game changer, and while there see,s to only be two teams in on him now, there will be plenty of action on him before he eventually picks a place to sign.
