Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brian Hartline is going to sign with the Cleveland Browns.
The Cleveland Browns are looking to bolster their wide receiver corp now that Josh Gordon won’t be in the equation for the 2015 season. That has them turning to the free agency pool ahead of the 2015 NFL draft and have targeted Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brian Hartline.
It looks like the courting has worked, and Hartline will be signing with the Browns after all.

Hartline has played his entire career with the Miami Dolphins, and after successful seasons in 2012 and 2013 when he caught for over 1,000 yards.
Last season he caught 39 passes for 474 yards and two touchdowns. Part of the problem and reason for his decline in production is the drop off and his targets. I
n 2012 he was targeted 128 times and in 2013 he was targeted 134 times.Last season he was targeted just 63 times.
He could be attracted to Cleveland in part because of the opportunity to be a more focal point of the offense like he was in those two break out seasons. With Mike Wallace coming to town, he was no longer the primary outlet.
[UPDATE:] ESPN’s Adam Schefter has provided details on the contract.
Adding to @DustinFox37 report on WR Brian Hartline: Browns and Hartline reached agreement on 2-year, $6 million deal, per @RosenhausSports.
