One of the elite prospects in the 2015 NFL Draft class is former USC defensive end Leonard Williams. While the Titans could opt to target a quarterback, an impact defender would also be a smart strategy. Because of the questions about Marcus Mariota’s ability to transition to the NFL, the Titans would be wise to avoid making the “sexy” pick in favor of the top defender in this year’s class. Williams has a diverse skill set and is capable of playing both at defensive end and defensive tackle, so his versatility would be a welcomed addition to the Titans’ defensive front. .
