kevin white. 4. player. 28. Let’s be honest, you never know what the Oakland Raiders are going to do. One thing we do know, however, is Derek Carr has shown some positive signs during his rookie season so the Raiders should work to add playmakers around him. Leading up to the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine, conventional wisdom would say that Amari Cooper was the top wide receiver in this year’s draft class. However, Kevin White put together a stellar workout that has led to a number of people believing he is now the best available player at his position. We know the Raiders have a history of falling in love with some workout warriors, so why stop now? . WR. west virginia
