44. This one is pretty simple. The Atlanta Falcons ignored their pass rushing needs in last year’s draft, so they once again struggled to get after opposing quarterbacks. This time around, they will not be able to ignore the position if they want to improve. Adding a player like Fowler would fill the immediate need. Not only does Fowler give the Falcons a player who is capable of getting after the opposing team’s quarterback, he gives the Falcons a guy who can play standing on the edge or with his hand in the dirt.
