Oklahoma football players recently voiced their opinion that they believe the racist SAE members should be punished harsher
While Oklahoma football is putting in the work in spring practice getting ready for the 2015 college football season, unfortunately all the news surrounding the school at the moment involves the recently released video of members of the SAE fraternity using gross racial remarks on a bus.
Since the release of the video, there have been multiple demonstrations on campus, and these demonstrations have even included some members of the football team, including head coach Bob Stoops. Well, while they have voiced their concerns over the matter in the demonstrations, they want more.
Recently, Heisman hopeful running back Samaje Perine released this statement on his Twitter account, which collectively puts the voices of the entire football team together in calling for harsher punishments for the guilty parties.

Perine using this statement is not the first time that a member of the Sooners football team has made his feelings known. Shortly after the incident was released, linebacker Eric Striker went on an expletive-laced rant that no one really blamed him for, given the circumstances involved.
So far, as far as punishment goes, two of the members have been expelled from the school and the fraternity has been removed from the school.
