Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Martavis Bryant is working on his lower body explosion and the results are remarkably impressive.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant burst onto the scene during his rookie year in 2014, posting 549 receiving yards and eight touchdowns after not playing in the first six games of the season.

And if Bryant’s latest workout video is any indication, he’s in store for an even bigger sophomore campaign.

Bryant posted a video of him working on his lower body explosion and his hops are scary good.

Look out, NFL defensive backs. Bryant is 23 and only getting better.

With talents such as Antonio Brown, Markus Wheaton and Bryant, the Steelers have a great crop of receivers for the foreseeable future. With Ben Roethlisberger still playing at an elite level — he threw for 4,952 yards and 32 touchdowns last season — the Steelers should have one of the most explosive offenses in the NFL this year.

The Steelers drafted Bryant in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of Clemson. He posted six touchdowns in his first four games and caught five passes for 61 yards and a touchdown in the AFC Wild Card Round against the Baltimore Ravens.
