Will Ferrell stats will stand the test of the time
Will Ferrell had quite the day playing baseball for 10 teams in five different games. I’m sure you have seen the highlights by now, third-base-cue-cards and all. In case you ever forget, or if you want to tell your grandkids one day that the famous “Anchorman” was actually a baseball player too, baseball reference has got you covered. This actually makes it official doesn’t it?

Some of the transaction highlights include:
Traded to Arizona Diamondbacks for a Churro Dog and D-Bat Dog.
Traded to Chicago Cubs for a washing machine.
Claimed off waivers by Cincinnati Reds, Norm MacDonald released.
How Norm MacDonald got dragged into this, I’m not sure but that is a good decision by the Reds.
A phenomenal day for Ferrell and MLB. Close to 1 million dollars was raised according to the actor/ comedian/ baseball player, along with viewers actually tuning in to watch spring baseball something MLB has to be happy with.
Ferrell goes into the history books with an ERA of 0.00, a batting average of .000 and a love factor of infinity. There may not be any person on earth, who is as beloved as Ferrell when he shows up anywhere. It will be hard to top this stunt, but we all look forward to what “Ricky Bobby” has up his sleeve. Either way, Ferrell is already in the books.
