5. Complete Overhaul of Team Attitude

It hasn’t been an easy past few seasons for the Buffalo Bills, but they are beginning a new era of football this season. They saw success last year, and there is no question that they believe they can take the next step and become a Super Bowl contender with the way that their roster is shaping up.

As mentioned before, there are still concerns surrounding the quarterback position. Despite those concerns, the Bills are still entering a new era of football, and there is belief surrounding the franchise for the first time in a long time. That is exactly what they have been needing, and the 2015 season should see them take the next step.

Rex Ryan has created a new type of expectation in the Bills’ fan base, and the team is talented enough to take those expectations to reality. Buffalo’s mindset has changed to the belief that they can contend, and the mental side of the game is much more important than many people realize.
