One game that produced plenty of big plays and was close from start to finish was the quarterfinal game of the Big 10 Conference Tournament between Penn State and Purdue.
One of those big plays came at the end of the first half courtesy of Penn State forward Ross Travis.
Travis, dribbling with the ball at the top of the key, with Purdue center A.J. Hammons watching him, drove straight to the hoop.
Not only did Travis score on the play, he also threw down a big dunk with Hammons draped over him.

The sheer force of the dunk knocked Travis off-balance as he crashed to the floor after the big time slam.
Travis showed impressive speed as he blew by Hammons and beat the seven-foot center’s long reach and avoided the block.
The game went down to the wire and Purdue rallied for the 64-59 victory after trailing at the half. It was the second time this season the two teams put on a classic game after the first meeting in January went to overtime.
