Will Blackmon thinks he knows where Greg Jennings is playing in 2015
By Evan Massey
Greg Jennings is a free agent, and Seattle Seahawks defensive back Will Blackmon thinks he knows.
The Minnesota Vikings cut Greg Jennings loose this week to make room for the recently acquired Mike Wallace, which means the veteran is on to his third team in his career.
No one knows where Jennings will sign, but current Seattle Seahawks defensive back Will Blackmon thinks he knows.
On Saturday, Blackmon sent out a cryptic tweet about Jennings, saying he has an idea about where Jennings is going to sign in 2015.
While this tweet may mean nothing at all, there could be a way to connect the dots and say the Seahawks are interested in signing Jennings.
It would certainly be a nice move for the Seahawks, and it is a destination that Jennings would likely be very intrigued with joining Seattle. They would give him the opportunity to compete for a Super Bowl, and also be a big part of their offense. Seattle needs more help at the wide receiver position, and Jennings could be a fairly cheap option for them.

During the 2014 season with the Vikings, Jennings ended up catching 59 passes for 742 yards and six touchdowns.
Those numbers aren’t bad at all for the type of offense that the Vikings ran last season. He is exactly the type of reliable veteran receiver that Russell Wilson could use, and would immediately help Seattle’s aerial attack.
Seattle just acquired New Orleans Saints‘ star tight end Jimmy Graham, but they could still use more help on the offensive side of the football. Jennings isn’t a star by any stretch of the imagination, but he is the type of solid role player that every offense needs in order to be great.
