The March Madness is upon us, and Virginia fans were less than pleased that Duke leap frogged them for the No. 1 seed in the South.
The March Madness bracket was unveiled on Selection Sunday, and not everyone was happy about what went down and how the seedings stacked up. One fan base that have a proper bone to pick are the Virginia Cavaliers faithful, who watched the Duke Blue Devils leap frog them in the South region to claim the No. 1 seed.

Virginia was the best team in the country in the eyes of many, as only the Kentucky Wildcats got more credit than the Cavaliers at times this season. Virginia is not on the same level as Kentucky, but many — many — believe that Virginia was better than Duke.
That’s not how the selection committee saw it though, as they gave Duke the No. 1 seed over Virginia in the South Region.
Needless to say, fans were pretty happy with the sleeper seeding when it was announced.
No way. Virginia didn't make a 1 seed?

How the hell does Duke get the #1 seed over Virginia?!

Arizona and Virginia are 2 seeds? Yeesh

I'm a duke fan. Don't get me wrong, but how did they get a #1 seed over Virginia?

That all says it right there. Not even Duke fans can understand how the Cavaliers got jobbed so badly. It’s the nature of picking the March Madness bracket though, and the Virginia Cavaliers have a fire in their belly after getting their No. 1 seed stolen.
