With Selection Sunday now here, this is the first look at the bracket that was announced for the West Region of March Madness
Selection Sunday for March Madness has finally arrived, and on Sunday, we are beginning to learn the teams that are filling out the field and where they are seeded. We just learned a short time ago who will be a part of the West Region for the 2015 NCAA Tournament.
Of course, as most expected coming into Sunday, the No. 1 seed in the West Region is none other than the Wisconsin Badgers, who were pretty much able to secure their spot as one of the top teams with their win over Michigan State in the Big Ten final on Sunday. Led by Player of the Year candidate Frank Kaminsky and sharpshooter Sam Dekker, this is definitely a team with one of the best shots to take the title when all is said and done.

As for the No. 2 seed in the West Region, that distinction goes to the Arizona Wildcats, who were able to capture the Pac-12 title in pretty convincing fashion over the weekend from Oregon.
This should definitely be an interesting region to watch play out, and with that, here’s a look at the entire field for the West Region of the 2015 NCAA Tournament.
