The Miami Heat just obliterated the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night, and it was a win that Heat fans were dying to see. IT wasn’t just that the Heat beat the Cavaliers, it’s that they did it and then clowned afterwords, which was a sure-fire sign that they wanted to win this game and the fact that they did was a load off their shoulders.
After the win, Dwyane Wade was just trying to do a simple postgame interview with Israel Gutierrez when he was videobombed by Udonis Haslem — and then given bunny ears for good measure.
Everyone says that the Miami Heat aren’t fun anymore thanks to LeBron James leaving the team in the summer to play in Cleveland but it’s clear the wit and the goofy nature of the team is still there. Hassle has been with the Heat forever, and Wade is a guy who is no stranger to getting goofy after a win.
While they won’t admit it, it’s always sweeter to beat the Cavaliers than it is to beat anyone else, and the clowning after this particular blowout win over the Cavaliers is something that Heat fans love to see.
