The funnest part about filling out a NCAA Tournament bracket is finding the Cinderella team that makes a deep run against the odds and here are the top five candidates to be this year’s Cinderella story.

If you’re like me, you love picking upsets when you’re filling out your NCAA Tournament bracket. You’re picking half of the No. 12 seeds to upset the No. 5 seeds, because the odds and point spreads tell you that there is very little difference between those two teams.

More from March Madness

Sometimes you get a little upset-heavy and venture out and pick a couple of 10 and 11 seeds to advance and even look hard at a 13 or even a 14 seed to make history and shock the nation. Who can blame you for getting in the spirit of March Madness where the drama and excitement is concentrated into three weeks of college basketball nirvana.

It wouldn’t be what it is without the Cinderella stories though as we watch a team overcome the odds stacked against them and continue to win and advance and defy conventional wisdom and result in a lot of people’s brackets being doused in flames.

So who is going to be this year’s George Mason or VCU or Butler and be this year’s Cinderella?

After reading through the list, please leave your own Cinderella candidate in the comments section below and offer your reaction to my suggestions.

So without further ado, here are the top five Cinderella candidates for the 2015 NCAA Tournament.
