Colin Kaepernick took to Instagram on Monday to show off his dunking skills. The San Francisco 49ers quarterback gave us a pretty sweet twisting dunk, inspiring more professional football athletes to do the same.
Kaepernick begins the dunk by throwing the ball up in the air and letting it bounce up near the rim. After grabbing the ball out of the air with just one hand, he performed a quick 360 in the air and threw it down. It was a pretty incredible dunk for a football player.

After Kaepernick displayed his skills, Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams stepped up to the plate and posted his own dunk video on Instagram. After giving us several good looks at his physical and athletic ability last year, he still found a way to surprise anyone.
Davante Adams, who caught 38 passes for 446 yards and three touchdowns last year as a rookie, has proven to be quite the basketball player. On Tuesday, he decided to one-up Kaepernick. To do so, he took Kaepernick’s 360 dunk and raised him a between-the-legs. After getting a running start, he successfully threw down the 360, between the legs dunk.
Keep in mind that the guy is only 6-foot-1, so he’s got a far way up to the ten-foot basket.

Hopefully we see more of these insane dunks from NFL players as the offseason continues.
