Some dedicated YouTubers did a shot-for-shot remake of the Matrix lobby shootout entirely in legos.
Some people have a lot of time on their hands. And we’re not talking your run-of-the-mill, my six-year old cousin made this Lego film sort of thing. This is a full on production that made you wonder if the guys from The Lego Movie had their hands in making it. And the stuff they make are wonderful sendoffs to famous movie scenes.
Thankfully, there’s a whole YouTube channel dedicated to just that, and recently they decided to take the red pill.
Check it out below.
It’s a pretty cool homage to the famous lobby shootout from The Matrix. While it is otherwise pretty accurate, there is one scene towards the end that changes it up a little. It’s a tongue in cheek nod to the sequels which leads me to believe they will never do a Lego rendition from any scenes from Revolution or Reloaded. And I can’t blame them. Jeez those films were bad.
