What grade does each NFC North team get for the free agency moves that they made this offseason?

Free agency was an absolute whirlwind this offseason, and there are still some moves left to be made. The big names have moved and the majority of the big money difference makers have already joined their new teams.

The NFC North was once again won by the Green Bay Packers last season, who ended up going all the way to the NFC Championship game, only to choke it away. Aside from the Packers and the Detroit Lions, the NFC North was abysmal in 2014 and everyone looked to free agency to change things up a little.

Green Bay was able to re-sign both Randall Cobb and Bryan Bulaga. Minnesota acquired Mike Wallace from the Miami Dolphins and signed both DuJuan Harris and Shaun Hill. Detroit lost Ndamukong Suh to the Dolphins, but acquired Haloti Ngata to replace him. Chicago went out and signed both Pernell McPhee and Antrel Rolle to improve their defense.

Needless to say, all four teams made some moves and have set themselves up well looking ahead to the future.

What grade does each team deserve for their offseason moves to this point?
