Get constant updates as fourth seeded North Carolina takes on top seeded Ohio State in the NCAA Tournament

The Madness returns Thursday, as Wisconsin takes on North Carolina in Sweet Sixteen action.

More from March Madness

At the beginning of the year, the Tar Heels didn’t look like a Tournament team at all, but they rebounded in strong fashion to become one a top-four seed. North Carolina overcame a scare from Harvard in their first game, then ttok down fifth-seeded Arkansas to reach the Sweet Sixteen. Now Roy Williams’ bunch hopes to pull the upset against the region’s top team.

The Badgers (33-3) are the top seed in the tournament and a trendy title pick (among those not picking Kentucky), but they let eighth-seeded Oregon play them a little too close in the Round of 32, and they clearly miss injured point guard Traevon Jackson. But they’re still a formidable opponent, and if they can get things turned around against North Carolina they could be destined for the Final Four.
