After years of teasing and torturing fans of an entire country, could the Toronto Blue Jays finally be for real in 2015?

20 long years the people of Canada have been waiting.

Then, the 2014 season happened. Now it’s been 21 years since the Toronto Blue Jays have seen postseason baseball.

Not only do the Jays disappoint their fans on a yearly basis, but the word torture frequently comes to mind. Toronto seems to always be that trendy hot pick of the spring only to eventually fall short as the season rolls along.

It is actually possible 2015 could be different?

Well, yet again Toronto has become one of those trendy picks. The monster addition of Josh Donaldson has put the feeling of trending upwards at an all-time high.

How could it not?

Donaldson is coming off of two-straight 20 home run (HR), 90 runs batted it (RBI) seasons with Oakland. He’s also only 29-years old which blends in beautifully with the team considering most of the top faces are well north of 30.

Thanks to such a big-time addition in Donaldson, many folks around Major League Baseball firmly believe this 83-win club from a season ago could actually rise up to 90-wins and capture the AL East crown.

Here’s our season preview and predictions on the 2015 Toronto Blue Jays:
