By Josh Hill

The New Orleans Saints have had an interesting offseason so far, as they are unloading their major pieces and trying to build back up while they still have good years left with Drew Brees.

But things keep getting in the way of this rebuilding process and not all of it is the Saints fault. Sometimes though, it’s hard to say who exactly is at fault, which is the case with Saints cornerback Brian Dixon.
According to Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk, Dixon was arrested for — well, we don’t exactly know what. As the story goes, Dixon was pulled over on his moped and was shortly thereafter arrested for apparently talking back to the officer who pulled him over.
The details of exactly what happened are sketchy at best and to speculate about this incident is to be foolish.
What we can dig in on, is the fact that a grown man on a massive salary resorted to riding around on a moped. This isn’t France, you can’t just do that and not raise suspicion about what you’re doing. The arrest here is questionable since the details of it aren’t totally known but the fact that Dixon was riding around on a moped is a horrific offense that deserves a few stars on his man card.
He wasn’t arrested for the fact that he was riding around on a moped, but there could be something justifiable in doing so.
As for the arrest itself, what Dixon exactly did to get busted is unclear and it might be something that sticks on his record. But the fact that he cruises on a moped is something we will never, ever forget.
