Seth Rollins won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31 on Sunday, and of course Ring of Honor owner Cary Silkin had a reaction

WWE WrestleMania 31 on Sunday night had one of the most exciting endings that we have ever seen, as Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase, inserted himself into the main event and ended up winning the World Heavyweight Championship by pinning Roman Reigns.

Of course, everyone was focused on the fact that Rollins is the first NXT alum to win the belt, but there is also something that people should be focusing on and that’s the fact that for the second year in a row, a pretty famous Ring of Honor alum left the event with the biggest prize in all of wrestling.

As you’ll remember, Rollins wrestled for a few years in Ring of Honor as Tyler Black, and he was even their world champion for a period of time and one of the best workers they had on that stacked roster.

That being said, of course ROH owner Cary Silkin had something to say on Twitter about the historic ending to WrestleMania 31.

While the man hates losing his talent to the big stage of WWE, there’s no doubt that he’s proud of what they accomplish when they leave him and he knows that he has had at least a little something to do with their success.

Ring of Honor, for the most part, is gradually becoming a feeder system for WWE. All you have to do is look at some of the talent that’s in NXT right now. Stars such as Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens, who main-evented the last NXT live special, made their biggest names for themselves while working for Silken and ROH.
