Rob Gronkowski describes his ‘ideal wife’ (Video)

Rob Gronkowski described his “ideal wife” on Jim Rome’s Showtime show.
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is appearing on Wednesday’s Jim Rome on Showtime season premiere. During the interview, Rome–not one to shy away from tough or awkward questions and topics–asked Gronkowski about his ideal wife.
Gronkowski was fairly honest, “She cleans, cooks, makes big cash, stays at home, lets me do whatever I want.” After a bit of time Gronkowski continued, “Very nice, kind, everything, beautiful–just has it all.”

While in one sense Gronkowski may be describing every man’s fantasy–at least the final clause–it probably wasn’t the best idea for the Pats’ superstar to reveal just how much he subscribes to a machismo worldview.
Certainly that view won’t earn him any points with his female fans, nor a potential mate.
Probably his reputation as someone who likes to have a good time–as in partying, and the things that sometimes leads to–won’t help his cause either.
Nor will this tweet from February.
Even if one were to agree with Gronkowski, he is still obnoxious and outlandish. It seems the tight end views women similar to the way his head coach, Bill Belichick, views football players: dispensable and replaceable.
