Bryce Harper celebrates home run with epic hair toss (Video)
After hitting a home run against Mets pitcher Bartolo Colon, Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper unleashed “The Flow.”
Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Haper is known to be a bit of a showman on the baseball diamond. Whenever he takes a cut at a pitch, the pitcher either knows it be the flight of the ball afterward or he becomes aware from the waft of air that streams by his face.

For those swings that do connect, Bryce Harper can hit the ball a long, long way, and he showed that on Opening Day, when he opened the scoring between the Mets and Nats. On a 1-0 pitch in the bottom of the 4th inning, Harper turned around an 89 MPH fastball that got way to much of the plate.
However, more majestic that the home run itself, Bryce Harper always adds a bit of flair to the celebration afterwards. Whether it is staring down the pitcher or flashing signs to the crowd, nothing gets it done as well as when Harper rips the helmet off and lets his glorious flow do the talking.
For Harper, it was a big hit, as he was just 1 for 11 entering that at-bat against Mets’ starter Bartolo Colon, including 5 strike-outs. He would follow that up with a single in the bottom of the 6th inning against Colon as well. It also bodes well for Harper, who struggled with his power and health in 2014, hitting just 13 home runs and playing in only 100 games last season. Overall, he hit .272/.344/.423, but struck-out 104 times in 395 plate appearances in 2014.
