Sunday in Texas, he momentarily saved the game for his team in extra innings.
With Rangers outfielder Leonys Martin up with the bases loaded and the game tied at 4, Martin appeared to have hit the ball out of the park for a home run and a Rangers win.
Unfortunately for Martin and the Rangers, Springer flashed his glove and incredible range of motion as he went up to rob Martin of the home run and deny the Rangers a chance at victory.
Springer gave up his body and showed toughness as he crashed into the wall at full speed to save the game and give the Astros another shot to win it.
Even more impressively, he was able to leap high enough to snag it.
Robbing a home run is an incredibly hard thing to do, but to be able rob a grand slam and a walk-off, that takes some serious nerves and skill.
