During the Toronto Blue Jays one-sided win over the Tampa Bay Rays, Kevin Pillar impressively robbed a home run.

After the Toronto Blue Jays went up by 8 runs in the 7th inning, Kevin Pillar had to rub things in a little more against the Tampa Bay Rays. After Tim Beckham sent a fly ball to left field that appeared to be flying over the fence. Unfortunately for him, Kevin Pillar jumped higher than he ever has in his entire life to snag the ball from beyond the fence.

This catch was just in-human. Definitely just salt in the wound for Tampa Bay. They would go on to lose 12-7 and notch their fourth game of the season.

Everyone loves a great home run lob. Even in Toronto, where literally no one was in the ball park.

Perhaps the Blue Jays fans were all watching their Toronto Raptors this evening fight for the three seed in the NBA playoffs. The Raptors would go on to win, but the Chicago Bulls edged out the Atlanta Hawks, causing them to snag the 3 seed in the Eastern conference.

So the story of the evening for Toronto fans will be Kevin Pillar and his acrobatic catch in the outfield. What an amazing catch by Pillar.
