The 2015 NBA season is coming to a close this week. What are the 10 most disappointing things about the NBA this year?


The 2015 NBA season is just about in the books and the playoff picture is just about set. If we look back on the season we will find some good things and bad things about 2015. By no means has this year been a disappointment in the eyes of the fans, but here are just a few of the more entertaining things that have happened the past seven months.

The Atlanta Hawks have emerged as the best team in the Eastern Conference. Their “team-oriented” style of play has provided them with plenty of fast breaks, open looks from beyond the arc and the best winning percentage in franchise history. The Hawks were truly a breath of fresh air this year but not just for Atlanta, but basketball fans everywhere.

LeBron James has taken his talents back to Cleveland where he has found some success with young point guard Kyrie Irving and big man Kevin Love. While their season has had its ups and downs, the Cavaliers remain the team to beat in the East, currently. The unparalleled athleticism that LeBron possesses paired with Kyrie’s outstanding court vision and passing ability has led to some pretty sweet highlights.

There are also countless other outstanding story lines that have kept fans watching and the players primed for a solid playoffs, but no one should forget the disappointment this year has brought certain teams, players, and fan bases. Not everyone can make the playoffs and in some cases, not even win over 20 games.

So here are the ten most disappointing things the NBA season brought basketball fans this year.
