David Beckham trolls his son Brooklyn masterfully (Video)
David Beckham’s 16 year-old son Brooklyn posted a video on Instagram thanking his now one million followers, but it didn’t end the way he thought it would.
David Beckham’s son, Brooklyn, went on Instagram on Friday to thank his followers for helping crossing the one million mark, the typical goal of any teenager on social media.
But, in thanking his followers, his dad made a brilliant appearance to troll him.
Brooklyn reached the one million mark on his mom’s birthday, which I guess makes it even better for him. But, he was harshly interrupted when his dad made a perfect troll in the video, noting that his son’s one million followers has nothing on David Beckham’s 52 million followers.
David Beckham doesn’t have an Instagram, at least not one listed on his official website, but his Facebook page has over 50 million likes, which must be what he’s referring too. It was a classic case of father is always better than son.
It is hilarious to see famous dad’s keep their kids in check on social media, like when Deion Sanders called out his son on Twitter.
Brooklyn used the hashtag “is my dad cooler than me,” and I think we can help clear that up for him. He certainly is, at least until Brooklyn gets to play for teams like Manchester United and Real Madrid and be one of the best to ever play for the English national team.
While Brooklyn’s one million followers is nothing close to his dad’s 50 million on Facebook, he is catching up to his mom, Victoria Beckham (formerly Posh Spice of the Spice Girls), who has 3.8 million Instagram followers.
Best of luck to Brooklyn on winning the next edition of father versus son: celebrity edition.
