Tomorrowland: New action-packed trailer unveiled (Video)

Walt Disney has released a new action-packed trailer for their upcoming film Tomorrowland that takes fans deeper than ever before.

In just a matter of weeks, Walt Disney will once again take us to a far off land filled with mystery and adventure as their upcoming film Tomorrowland is released in theaters nationwide.

Earlier this month, we took a look at a new television spot for the upcoming film that gave us a little more detail about the futuristic new tale that is about to unfold before our very eyes; taking a look at some of the new world we are about to enter.

Now, thanks to the people over at Walt Disney, we have a look at a new trailer that takes us further into Tomorrowland and gives fans a closer look at some of the intense action in the new film.

In the new trailer for Tomorrowland, which you can see below of course, we watch as a young Casey Newton seeks out a former boy genius inventor by the name of Frank Walker who has the ability to take her to the world she saw when she touched the mysterious new pin that happened to get mixed up in her stuff.

What Casey had never imagined is just how deep this particular rabbit hole actually goes. From the looks of things, Casey has found herself in a bit of trouble and upon her release, she had her belongings returned to her. In those belongings was a strange button she had never seen before.

When she touched it, suddenly she was transported to a strange new land where she believed that anything was possible. Unfortunately, just as quickly as she was transported to Tomorrowland, she was returned to reality. This is when she goes to see Frank Walker.

She demands to know what the strange, new place is and she believes that the only person who can tell her is Frank Walker. Unfortunately, Walker doesn’t do too well around other people. Of course, that may have a lot to do with the robotic beings that seem to try and make his life miserable.

After an army of what one could easily assume is robotic beings attacks Frank’s home in search of Casey, the two of them make their way into Tomorrowland. While they may not know where the future is going to lead them, if they can’t work together to “fix the future” they may not have a future to look forward to.

From what we have seen thus far, the film has some pretty intense visuals and some interesting transitions between reality and the place known as Tomorrowland.

In the beginning, we weren’t sure how an actor the caliber of George Clooney would do in a film like this one, but we are pretty impressed with what we have seen thus far. It also seems as if Clooney and Britt Robertson, who plays Casey in the film, have built a decent on-screen chemistry between the two of them.

We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait to be one of the first to journey into Tomorrowland.

Tomorrowland opens in theaters nationwide on May 22, 2015.
