He’s A Top five Scorer in the NBA

Can anyone really stop Anthony Davis on the offensive end? He is clearly a top five scorer in the NBA. His career average of 10.7 points per game is more of a reflection of a slow maturing process as a rookie on the offensive end rather than his inability to consistently perform. This year we are finally getting a taste at what the forward can really do with the basketball in his hand, and that will only increase as time goes on.

Anthony Davis is one of those rare physical specimens who has the height of a forward but the ball control and shooting skills of a point guard. His ability to score both in the high post, low post, and sometimes even from a wing make him nearly impossible to guard.

This type of player doesn’t come around everyday, so the Pelicans have rewarded these skills with a max deal. I know I would. Davis is one of the best scorers I’ve ever seen play the game.
