As had been reported on Wednesday, the San Francisco 49ers unveiled their black alternate uniforms on Thursday
On Wednesday, the news was leaked that the San Francisco 49ers would be unveiling some new alternate uniforms to the team on Thursday, and that is indeed what happened.
Take a look in the photo below at the new black alternate uniforms that the 49ers will be wearing at some point this season, if not on multiple occasions.
Well, those are something else and it’ll be interesting to see how everyone reacts to these, especially the 49ers fans.
As one of the more successful franchises in NFL history, one of the ways that everyone recognizes the 49ers is with their iconic uniforms. While there have been some subtle changes throughout the years, they’ve generally remained much the same. At the very least, they have never gone as drastic as to don a black jersey on the field.
But, this is another example of teams constantly changing with the times. Eventually, no matter how much some fans might wanna fight it, your team will fall into the alternate jersey trap and things will never be the same.
