The 2015 NFL draft is coming to the closing stages and the Cowboys have selected Byron Jones with their first round pick

Corner back Byron Jones has been selected by the Dallas Cowboys and the internet reaction would lead you to believe that Cowboy fans are happy with the pick.

It’s been a pretty exciting draft day with lots of people tuning in to see who their teams are getting. It’s nothing new, but every year the draft captures the imagination of the nation with everyone keeping a keen interest on certain players and teams.

There haven’t been too many surprises tonight but it’s still kept everyone entertained. Danny Shelton picking up the commissioner has been my favorite moment but probably because it was the only surprising moment of the night. The fact that the Broncos picked Shane Ray despite his legal troubles over marijuana, and marijuana is legal in Colorado….I’m just going to leave that there.

The cowboys used their first pick to get a well recognized and highly sought after corner back so their fans are happier than most tonight. Here’s twitters reaction to Byron Jones being selected 27th over all in the first round:
