The Buffalo Bills may not have a first-round draft pick — for now — but they have the support of Jim Kelly’s daughter, who is making bold predictions about their upcoming season.

The NFL Draft is tonight in Chicago, and while the Buffalo Bills may not have a first-round pick, they have a lot of promise heading into Rex Ryan’s first season as head coach. The Bills hired Ryan this offseason to replace Doug Marrone, who left on his own accord and abruptly left Buffalo with a gapping hole at head coach.

Rex Ryan boisterously filled that hole and proceeded to acquire talent that made the Bills contenders in this upcoming season. LeSean McCoy is in town, the Bills have Matt Cassel to mentor E.J. Manuel and the defense is going to get a natural boost with Ryan being there.

All of that has instilled some hope in Buffalo that the Bills can follow up on a promising 2014 campaign and get over the hump to become a playoff team. That’s what Jim Kelly’s daughter thinks anyways, as she got in front of national television to make the claim that her favorite team will be headed to the playoffs this year.

Accompanying her father on the Gold Carpet at the NFL Draft, Jim Kelly’s daughter made a bold prediction that the Buffalo Bills will be headed to the postseason in Rex Ryan’s first year as head coach.

That’s a bold prediction, but it’s not one that may end up being all that wrong. The Bills are going places with Rex Ryan and the Bills have a lot of pieces that are going to be critical to their future. Sammy Watkins is developing well, they have pillars on defense that figure to be big players in 2014 and the offense is on the rise with McCoy coming to town.

It’s clear that the Bills have a lot going for them, and while Kelly’s daughter seems like a homer with her claim, she might not end up being all that wrong.
