Daily Fantasy Basketball: FanDuel Lineup For May 5

FanDuel Lineup For May 5
We bring to you another FanDuel lineup for May 5 with a two-game night on tap for us. We see the Wizards taking on the Hawks and the Warriors hosting the Grizzlies. This night brings us some fairly decent match-ups and I feel pretty good about this roster after a several night dry run. I like to throw a dollar or two on these lineups because you just never know when you have struck gold. I tried to run with a slightly different strategy than what we have been using the past few nights. Instead of rolling with a couple of big studs and some cheaper players I tried to spread the wealth out a bit.

With that in mind I bring you our starting PGs. We are rolling with Mike Conley and Jeff Teague. I also want to issue a strong word of caution here and if you don’t have the ability to check in tomorrow and switch the lineups around if Mike Conley is announced as inactive then you need to find an alternative plan. I may be able to tweet out my alternative plan if he is indeed announced out, but I don’t know if I will be able to or not.
My starting SG players are Klay Thompson and Bradley Beal. Both players are lighting it up and are capable of going off and having the huge night that will catapult us into the 320 plus kind of fantasy points night.
For the starting SF spots we are going to roll with Paul Pierce and Harrison Barnes. For the most part the play here is because the higher priced options are no lock to bring is any more points than what we are likely to get with Barnes and Pierce. We have a nice hint of upside with Barnes and even Pierce still has the ability to roll off a huge fantasy night for us here.

At the PF position I am pretty excited about what we have here in Draymond Green and Paul Millsap. These guys are big time players and there is just something that I like about Green’s game. He is such a hard worker and has such a determined attitude when he plays you know you are getting 110% effort every minute that he spends on the floor. Millsap is much the same as we know we are getting an all out hustle type of player.
At the C spot I am pleased to have Al Horford defending the paint for us. I am kind of surprised that Horford is still at the $7,400 price tag, but I am not going to complain about it. In fact I will likely continue running him out there until they raise him up over $8,000 or so. As always we thank you for stopping by and wish you FanDuelers all the best of luck.
