Giancarlo Stanton crushes a ball completely out of Dodger Stadium (Video)
By Jack Crosby
Giancarlo Stanton had a monster shot on Tuesday night that ended up sailing right out of Dodger Stadium completely
There are home runs that you watch sometimes and you’re a little impressed. Then there’s what Giancarlo Stanton of the Miami Marlins did on Tuesday night and your jaw just hits the floor.
In the top of the first inning Tuesday night as the Marlins are taking on the Los Angeles Dodgers, Stanton was up with the bases empty, looking to give his team some sort of momentum.
Well, if this blast didn’t give the team momentum, then I don’t know what will.
Not only did the young slugger put the Marlins up 1-0 early with a signature home run, but he sent the ball right out of Dodger Stadium, as it sailed over the pavilion.
See, your jaw hit the floor, didn’t it?
But hey, this kid is just out here proving that he’s worth all the money that the Marlins ended up giving him. Well, this shot definitely showed that he was worth every penny it took to keep him with the Marlins.
This is a blast that no one will forget the rest of the season, and for a bit longer than that.
