John Wall with the backwards pass over his head (Video)
By Will Osgood
John Wall didn’t waste a ton of time in his return to the Wizards’ lineup to do what he does best.
If you were given five guesses as to what Washington Wizards point guard John Wall does best, it probably wouldn’t be necessary to use all five. Pretty clearly, passing is either No. 1 or No. 2 among his best traits.
And so despite playing in his first game since the inaugural game of the series against the Atlanta Hawks, Wall showed little rust and made his presence known rather immediately with a tremendous no-look over the head pass to begin an easy fast break layup for a Wizards teammate.
Jeff Teague and Paul Milsap attempted to get back to stop the layup from Bradley Beal to no avail.

Wall pulled off the amazing pass despite playing with basically one hand–he injured his hand and wrist. But Wall is a great athlete, one who can play great basketball even if handicapped a bit as he was Wednesday night.
With Wall playing the majority of the minutes at point guard, the Wizards led the game at halftime, but had given the lead up at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
