A look at when the NBA Eastern Conference Finals series between the Atlanta Hawks and Cleveland Cavaliers will begin
Friday night the Atlanta Hawks were able to dispose of the Washington Wizards in their NBA Eastern Conference semifinals series with their 94-91 win on the road. It wasn’t easy, as Paul Pierce nearly tied the game up at the buzzer, but they were able to come away with the win after the shot was reviewed and waived off.
With the win, it’s now official that the Hawks will be taking on the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals, with the right to go to the NBA Finals on the line.
So, many are probably wondering when this series will begin, and to answer that, things will get kicked off with Game 1 on Wednesday at the home of the Atlanta Hawks.

With the Hawks being the better team in the regular season, they’ll be the ones with the home court advantage for one of the biggest series of the entire season.
These two teams battling for the right to go to the NBA Finals should be a great one, as both teams proved time and time again throughout the year that they’re among the best in the NBA.
