On Friday night, the Cincinnati Reds were on fire. Literally. During their game against the San Francisco Giants, one of the turrets that shoots off fireworks went ablaze, forcing fans to relocate from the right-center field bleachers. The game was never interrupted, allowing the home fans at Great American Ballpark to continue watching the Reds being crushed, 10-2.

Here are some of the best tweets and Vines covering the situation, per SB Nation’s Look It:

Luckily, there were no injuries reported and everybody can just talk about a crazy scene at the ballpark. Cincinnati has seen some crazy things before, like back in the 1980’s when a fan almost fell over the second deck while catching a foul ball. That moment was at the old Riverfront Stadium, back where the Reds used to win and stuff.

It’s hard to remember the last time we saw a major league stadium catch fire. In recent years, we have had moments that made you do a double-take, like then the Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Mets were subjected to a malfunctioning sound system. The thing went off mid at-bat, making this kind of crazed mooing sound. See for yourself:

Hopefully, this is the last time we need to see firefighters doing anything but taking in a game at any Major League Baseball stadium this season. Come on, Cincinnati!
