Chris Paul attacks Dwight Howard to draw most obvious foul ever (Video)

The Los Angeles Clippers got desperate in Game 7 against the Houston Rockets, but the levels of desperation Chris Paul sunk to were laughable and sad.

The Los Angeles Clippers ended their season the same way every single season since pretty much the dawn of time has ended — without an NBA Finals appearance. They didn’t make it out of the West yet again, and they went out in the most embarrassing of ways.

Jeff van Gundy called it the absurdity of the NBA — and that was probably an understatement when considering just how wild Chris Paul’s foul on Dwight Howard was.

Just look at it — like, seriously?

It was an obvious foul for a reason, as the Clippers decided at the very end of the series to employ the Hack-a-Howard strategy that killed them with Hack-a-Jordan. It worked too, as Paul’s foul led to zero points from the stripe from Dwight Howard and kept hoe alive for just a little longer.

It was false hope though, as the Clippers still ended up losing and are still going home a game after they probably should have eliminated the Rockets in Game 6. This Chris Paul foul will immortalize the levels of desperation that the Clippers sunk to late in a series they should have won.
