NBA Draft Lottery 2015: Complete Odds

The NBA Draft Lottery is tonight, and we will learn who will have the No. 1 pick in this year’s draft.

The Cleveland Cavaliers turned the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft last year into a run at the NBA Finals by way of LeBron James returning and flipping Andrew Wiggins to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Kevin Love.

Will the team that wins the lottery turn their fortunes around in a similar way 0r will they suffer years of rebuilding? We’ve seen teams in the not so distant past turn their fortunes around almost right away after winning the lottery, as the Chicago Bulls, Washington Wizards, Cleveland Cavaliers and New Orleans Pelicans all drafted All-Stars with the No. 1 pick and all to those teams made the postseason in 2015.

That’s why everyone is excited to see who will win the draft lottery this year and hopefully get on a path to fixing their franchise.

5. Magic, 8.8%
6. Kings, 6.3%
7. Nuggets, 4.3%
8. Pistons, 2.8%
9. Hornets, 1.7%
10. Heat, 1.1%
11. Pacers, 0.8%
12. Jazz, 0.7%
13. Suns, 0.6%
14. Thunder, 0.5%

Historically, the team that is supposed to win the NBA Draft Lottery doesn’t win the No. 1 pick. Last year the Cleveland Cavaliers won the No. 1 pick despite the the 76ers and Magic having worse records than they did.
