The Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors square off in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Thursday night.

The Houston Rockets are looking to rebound after a loss in the Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors. Unfortunately that will be a game played in Northern California on the road.

To make matters worse for the Rockets, they could be without center Dwight Howard, who is listed as questionable for Game 2.

If the Rockets get a win over the Warriors in Game 2 to level the series without Howard, that would be a huge momentum swing in the series. The Warriors can’t let a game on their home court slip away against a less than full-strength squad.

The Warriors could look to utilize the small ball strategy that helped them pull away in the fourth quarter after Howard exited the game.
