Jeff Van Gundy, while calling game 2 of the Western Conference finals between the Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors, stirs the pot like James Harden.

Sitting in the TV analyst booth must get a little boring from time to time. You are watching the best basketball talent in the world go at each other every night and put an extreme amount of emotion into their profession. Sometimes that emotion trickles over a little bit into a fun little dance or signature celebration move. All TV analysts can do is sit back and call the game trying to make it as interesting as possible for the fans listening and watching as well as yourself calling the game.

For Jeff Van Gundy, he felt no need to restrain himself when he was overcome with emotion during the Houston Rockets match up against the Golden State Warriors as he did his best imitation of James Harden and his signature “stirring of the pot” celebration dance.

The best part of this is that Van Gundy is so amused with himself. He has a goofy grin on like he just made a three pointer or dunked the ball in the opposing teams face. When you sit in the booth for so long, part of your sanity has to go a little bit, and things might get a little crazy. Those of you watching at home got a little taste of the madness that is Jeff Van Gundy and all the fun he has during the NBA playoffs.

After all, these two teams are going at each other like there was no tomorrow. How can you not expect Van Gundy to not be overcome with emotion like the players are just once?
