Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard J.R. Smith finished an awesome reverse layup to open up his scoring in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

J.R. Smith was the hero for the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The 29-year-old hit eight three pointers and scored 28 points to help the Cavs take a 1-0 lead over the Atlanta Hawks in the best-of-seven series.

It didn’t take long in Game 2 for Smith to show out once again.

A little more than two minutes after he first entered the game in the first quarter, Smith finished an incredible reverse layup that tied the game’s score at 17.

Smith can absolutely be one of the most frustrating players to watch in the NBA, but, at the same time, there are few players more fun to watch than Smith when he’s feeling it. Unfortunately for the Hawks, Smith has been feeling it so far in this series.

Smith scored seven points in the first half on Friday night.
