That however, will not stop us from doing our very best to give you a group of pitchers in three different price ranges so that can help you score a little bit of money in your daily fantasy baseball leagues for May 30. As always we here at Fantasy CPR wish you FanDuelers the best of luck and thank you for stopping by.

NOTE: This is based on a pitcher’s statistics against their current opponents only. There may be some with inadequate data to make a choice based on statistics. That does not mean that these pitchers are bad bets. It only means that there is no statistical evidence to support them for the purposes of this article.

Here are my FanDuel pitcher picks for May 30:

High Priced ($8,000 and up):

Best Bet:

Micheal Wacha, Cardinals ($8,900): Wacha has been pretty hot this season. He comes into this tilt sporting an excellent 7-0 record with an even better 1.87 ERA. Wacha has also totaled 35 Ks and should be a good bet for five or more here.

Honorable Mention:

Tyson Ross, Padres ($9,000): Ross has been solid and is a pretty good bet if you are only looking to get around 10 or 11 fantasy points out of your pitcher position. I usually like to go for a little bit more gusto in my lineups and when pinching pennies would probably prefer to have Wacha over Ross.

Jered Weaver

Mid-Range ($6,900-7,900):

Best Bet:

Jered Weaver, Angels ($7,700): Weaver has been pretty solid lately despite his 4.05 ERA and 3-4 record. Over the last few weeks his ERA has only been 2.14 and things seem to be looking up for him. He also gets the comforts of playing in his home stadium where he has been much better over his last three starts. I will probably be using Weaver in my lineups tomorrow.

Honorable Mention:

Jesse Hahn, Athletics ($7,500): Hahn is coming off of a complete game shutout where he delivered five strikeouts. He also gets the advantage of pitching at home where he is certainly more comfortable. He is a pretty decent option here, but for me I will pay $200 more bucks and roll with Weaver.

Low Price ($6,000 and under)

Best Bet:

Williams Perez, Braves ($5,800): If you are really looking to cut costs and are a bit of a riverboat gambler, Perez is your man. He does have a tough outing with the Giants who are winners in eight of their last ten games. You will see that there are no other options for this slate of games that I am comfortable with. So again I thank you for stopping by and wish you much luck!
